Our video today: TARTE | Tarteist Pro Palette Tutorial – Review. I am going to show you how I achieved a smokey eye using only this palete. I sincerely hope you like it, as all of you know I am not a makeup artist just an enthusiastic trying to learn and to show you how I do my own makeup.
The quality of this palette is amazing and the range of shades is beautiful. With just one palette you can create so many different looks. I don’t want to sound that this is a paid post, because it is not. I really am a huge fan of @Tarte products. It’s that simple. So, let’s get started?
